SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE HELP & SUPPORT

For the Duration of the trial period, for support or to offer feedback you may email saas@whkma.com.au or phone the Portland Office on 5523 8444 or Colac Office on 5234 0200 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Minimum Requirements to Use this Service Are:-  (Please contact us to confirm if in doubt)

  • Broadband Internet Connection

  • Windows 2000/XP/Vista

  • 256MB of System Memory or Higher

  • This service will use approximately 25-30mb's of Download from your Providers Limit per Hour.

During the duration of this Trial, WHK Mahoney Archer will make weekly backups of your data. If you require a backup of data to be restored please contact our office for further information. This service is offered on a best efforts basis during the trial and is not guaranteed to have a 100% uptime, and is not guaranteed to be fault free during the Trial duration.
